If the Espion software presents a message "DSP/USB failed to open or be detected", confirm the following
1. Celeris console is powered and turned on. The LED indicator for the heating pad should be visibly lit red on top surface of Celeris.
2. Celeris console is connected to computer with USB cable.
If message persists, contact support for an RMA service
If the software presents a message "Stimulator [1 or 2] can't be detected...", please try the following
1. Disconnect and reconnect the stimulators.
2. Swap the port each full field stimulator is connected with.
If message persists, contact support for an RMA service
